Fuel Range Issues. I just took my new Africa Twin for its shakedown cruise in Death Valley California. Not knowing how the fuel gauge corresponds with how much gas there really is in the tank I was gassing up every 150 or so miles as the fuel gauge would be down to one bar. Interestingly enough I would average filling up with 3 gallons of gas
Now I have 4000km and apparently it consume 0,5l of oil every 1500km. In Luxembourg they told me in honda it maybe due to piston rings. And today in Honda czech republic they said another variant. He said its normal coz engine is still very new untill it sets-wear a bit it will stop (between 10-15k km)!!!!
